As a leader, you must have core principles to help guide you along to being a successful leader. Here are a few of my core principles that I have in order to succeed as a leader.
They include the follow:
*One should help others no matter how much they have.
*One should take upon themselves the responsibility of helping others.
*There is a difference between helping and condoning. One should help others not only by giving them necessities, but also by giving them the resources they need in order to help themselves.
These core principles have and will influence my actions and my belief systems. It has made me a better person and has made me want to help everyone that I can. I already believe that if you can, you should help those that need it in anyway possible. In the future, I definitely will continue on with these principles.
