Personal Values

Along with core principles, you must apply your values in order to be a successful leader. Here are my personal values.

*Accountability - claiming the responsibility for my actions

*Community - making sure the community knows how to help others

*Consistency - not only telling others to do things, but being consistent with the words I speak

*Commitment - committing ti every promise I make

*Efficiency - making sure that my resources are equipped to help those that I'm attempting to help

*Respect - respecting those that don't have the same views that I have

*Passion - putting my heart and soul into each and every project I invest in

*Safety - ensuring that everyone who works with me is safe at every place they attend that involves the present project

*Knowledge - being knowledgeable of everything I attempt, so that I won't fail

When you think about your values, think about how they relate to you being a leader. How can these be used toward my leadership? How will these values be important?
